iTrade stores the wallet address you sign in with, optional contact details you choose to provide, and Telegram support-group activity when our bot is an admin of that group. No trading capital is ever held by iTrade.
Telegram data retention: 180 days for raw updates; normalised messages + evidence media retained longer for moderation audit trail.
You can revoke wallet access at any time by disconnecting from the dashboard. We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what is strictly required to operate the exchange-API integrations you authorise (your CEX, our cluster infrastructure).
Questions? Reach the team via the Telegram support group linked from the dashboard.
Does iTrade hold my trading capital?
No. Your funds stay on your own Bybit account. iTrade only places orders on your behalf using API keys with read + trade permission (withdraw / transfer is forbidden).
What is the prepaid credit for?
Software fees only — subscriptions, premium strategies, and creator-marketplace items. Credit is not an investment account, does not earn yield, and is never used for trading.
Why wallet sign-in?
Wallet sign-in (SIWE) is a passwordless, non-custodial identity check. No account password ever leaves your browser.
What strategies are available?
Spot DCA, Spot Grid, Trend Following (spot), and Futures DCA (max 3× leverage). Each is auditable in your Bot Detail timeline.
Can I run multiple bots on the same pair?
Yes — but each bot competes for capital against the others, so size your max_capital_usd accordingly.
iTrade is a software-as-a-service platform that automates trade execution against your own exchange account. By using iTrade you authorise the platform to place spot and futures orders against your supplied API key, subject to the risk gates configured in your bot settings.
iTrade does NOT take custody of your funds at any time. All trading capital remains in your exchange account. iTrade charges prepaid software-credit fees for subscription tiers and premium strategies — these credits are non-refundable once consumed and are NOT an investment vehicle.
Service availability is best-effort. Network, exchange API, and blockchain disruptions can affect bot performance. iTrade makes no guarantee of order fill, slippage, or P&L outcomes.
You agree to monitor your own bots, configure your own risk parameters (max_capital_usd, daily_loss_limit_pct, allowed symbols), and pause strategies during market volatility. iTrade reserves the right to suspend a bot or account that triggers the global kill switch or violates platform rules.
By signing in with your wallet, you accept these terms. If you do not accept, disconnect your wallet and discontinue use.
Trading cryptocurrency carries substantial risk of loss. Automated trading via iTrade strategies (DCA, Grid, Trend Following, Futures DCA) can amplify both gains and losses. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results.
Leverage warning. Futures strategies use margin. Losses can exceed your initial position size. Default leverage cap in iTrade futures DCA is 3×, but exchange liquidation can still occur on adverse price moves.
API key risk. Trading-permission API keys can place orders without further confirmation. Withdraw scope is rejected by iTrade at key registration, but a compromised key + compromised IP allowlist still expose your account.
You are responsible for monitoring your bots, configuring stop-loss / take-profit, and pausing strategies during market volatility.
No financial advice. iTrade publishes strategy parameters and historical telemetry; it does not provide investment advice. Consult a qualified advisor before deploying significant capital.
